Facility
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. We have decorated the office with cozy furniture and a soothing color palate. There is a wide selection of reading material and a television to make the reception area feel like home. We also have a basket of toys and a drawing easel for kids.
When the assistant or hygienist brings you back to the treatment room, you can choose to watch a relaxation video or a favorite DVD of your own, or listen to music with a comfortable noise cancelling headphones. During our treatment we do our best to make you feel comfortable. We use gentle silence electric handpieces that minimize the fear of the drill. And more than anything, Dr. Jang treats you with gentle touch.
when treatment is over you will end your visit at the check out counter and we will schedule your next appointment(s). Any co-pay for your visit is collected and you will be ready to resume the rest of your day. We want all our patients to be satisfied when they walk out the door.
Dr. Jang guarantees her work when all follow up and cleaning/exam are kept. We will do our part along with you to ensure a healthy and beautiful smile.
Our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards.

Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
